Check IN and OUT
Check-in: 4:00pm Please observe maximum occupancy rules. A one-bedroom unit is allowed 2 – 4 guests. You will be given a 4-digit key code prior to your arrival.
Check-out is before 10:00am Your help with prompt Check Out is greatly appreciated as our cleaning crew will be on site starting cleans for our next valued guest at 10:00 AM.
Please be sure to:
- Strip beds and put all dirty towels and linens together for housekeeping
- leave only two loads of laundry
- load and run the dishwasher
- empty all trash cans
- set thermostat to 78°
- close drapes/blinds
- lock door and leave keys on kitchen counter
Parking
All vehicles must have a visible parking pass. Please lay the parking pass on the dashboard. Parking passes are required for any car in the lot otherwise you are subject to be towed. Your parking pass will be in your unit upon check-in.
Castle Reef rules and regulations prohibits boats, trailers and RV’s from parking on the grounds.
Luggage carts/keys/Internet
Luggage Carts: These are provided for your convenience and located at the ground floor by each elevator. Please return carts to this location for other guests. Luggage carts are NOT to be stored in units. Luggage carts are NOT a toy for children and can pose a safety risk.
• Security/Keys: A set of keys will be on the kitchen counter. For your security, lost keys should be reported to NSB Realty Team immediately and will result in a $25 charge per key.
• Internet: Each unit has private internet. Please check router for internet name, also referred to as SSID number and password.
Pool/wristbands
We ask that everyone wear the wrist bands provided to you when using property amenities.
- If you go to the beach, you will be required to show your wrist band to gain access to the property and the pool area.
- Lost wrist bands will result in a $20 fee.
- “Quiet time” begins at 10pm each night. Swimming and use of the shuffleboard are not permitted after this time.
- No drinking or eating in the pool.
- Infants must wear appropriate swimwear to avoid accidents, which would require closing the pool.
- Do not leave towels on chairs to save them.
- Chairs/lounges are not to be taken from the pool deck or lawn for use on the beach.
- Glassware is NOT permitted in the pool area.
- THERE IS NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY, SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Condo rules
• Cleanliness: Please help keep the landscape beautiful by keeping chairs/toys/towels off the grass and pick up any trash. Please do not leave anything in the hallways. No games played on the grass. Grass is treated with pesticides.
• Furniture: We understand many times you are in and out to the beach and will have wet suits/hair. Due to the nature of having cloth furniture, please put a dry towel or throw blanket on the surfaces to help protect from staining if you have wet clothes/bathing suits. Please also keep towels off balcony railings as they tend to fly away in the wind.

A Laundry rooms is located across the hall from this condo. Please help us keep the laundry facilities clean. Check the tub and dryers before you leave to see that no sand is left in the machines. Trash/Recycling: Trash chutes are in each laundry room. Recycle bins are located on the ground floor in the dumpster rooms. Please no glass in the recycle bins.

BBQ Grill: For your use there are 2 gas grills located behind the clubhouse area. They are strictly on a first come, first serve basis. We do ask that you clean the grill after your use for the next guest. Portable grills are not permitted on balconies.

Shuffleboard Equipment: Please return equipment to the cabinet under the gazebo. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Please wear your wristband.

Community Rules and Regulations: You and all members of your party including any visitors, acknowledge and agree to abide by the rules and regulations of Castle Reef Condominiums. Violating these rules and regulations may result in considerable fines or removal without a refund. • Noise: A strict noise policy is to be followed between the hours of 10pm to 8am. Please respect all neighbors.

Please do not drape towels and linens over the balcony.
Smoking policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited. No smoking in the unit or anywhere on premises. There are absolutely no exceptions. If there is evidence of smoking in the unit, you will be charged a $350 fee and asked to vacate the property immediately.

A/C, Windows & Doors: It is common to want to welcome a sea breeze; however, the salt air is so corrosive we request that all doors and windows be kept closed while not in the unit. Also, please DO NOT turn the thermostat below 74 degrees. With our Florida humidity levels/heat it causes the system to freeze and makes the system unusable.
